Our Pleasant Return Policy
It is of utmost importance that you are a happy shopper every time you shop with us. We believe that returns should be no different! If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return it to us at our company booth at the East Coast MarketPro Computer Shows or e-mail us within 30 days of receiving it for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number*. If returning by mail, please be sure to ship the item, invoice and all original packaging back to our location. Once we receive the products, your account will be credited. It's as simple as that!
*Shipping costs are not refundable and Signature Confirmation is a requirement.
**For customers who received free shipping, refunds will be processed less the cost paid for shipping.
